Path 2: Associate degree in one of the following fields: Child Development Early Childhood Education Or other early childhood-related field And 2 years of experience in a licensed center-based early childhood program serving children birth through 5 years of age as a teacher, care provider, child life worker, social service provider, or comparable position And 2 years of experience related to assisting in or having primary responsibility for the professional development of another adult. Path 3: Current Certified Childcare Professional (CCP)® 18 college credit hours in early childhood education or child development focusing on children birth through 5 years of age And 4 years of experience in a licensed center-based early childhood program serving children birth through 5 years of age as a teacher, care provider, child life worker, social service provider, or comparable position And 2 years of experience related to assisting in or having primary responsibility for the professional development of another adult.
