Storm Webb
NECPA & NCCA Executive Director
Storm Webb, a third-generation early childhood educator, has been proud to serve NECPA and NCCA for over a decade. With family experience in the field spanning more than 50 years, Storm brings expertise in child care ownership and operations to her role advocating for accreditation and credentialing. She holds a Sociology degree with a Family Studies concentration and oversees strategic planning, resource management, and team development for both organizations.

Ari Sarousi
Director of Professional Development
Ari Sarousi is the Director of Professional Development at the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA), bringing over 15 years of experience in shaping education solutions. Ari is passionate about delivering impactful training programs and fostering growth. With an MBA, a BA in Political Science, and two Massachusetts educator licenses, Ari offers a strong foundation in organizational leadership and team building. Ari is driven to connect, inspire, and make a difference.

Sarah Passaro
Director of Accreditation
Sarah Passaro, NECPA’s Director of Accreditation, has served NECPA since 2014. Sarah brings her year's of experience in accreditation and program coordination to the role. She previously honed her skills at Helen Keller International working in child sight programs. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Social Welfare and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work.

Cindy Lehnhoff
Director of NCCA and Policy Advisor to NECPA
Cindy Lehnhoff brings over three decades of early childhood education experience to her role as Director of NCCA and Policy Advisor to NECPA. Her career at La Petite Academy and Learning Care Group spanned roles from teacher to Division Vice President, leading numerous centers to achieve national accreditation and credentialing for their high-quality teams. A passionate advocate for quality child care, Cindy has served on state and national child care association boards for over 20 years.

Moriah Whitehead
NECPA and NCCA Communications & Events Manager
Moriah Whitehead is a communications and client success professional with over five years of experience supporting nonprofit and education-focused organizations. Since August 2020, she has worked with NECPA and NCCA, leading client communications, resource development, member support, webinars, and events to strengthen member engagement and organizational reach.
With a diverse background spanning early childhood education, informal learning, and community-based programs, Moriah is passionate about education in all its forms and committed to advancing mission-driven work through collaboration, community engagement, and social impact.

Jessica Gobble-Reil
NECPA Manager of Quality & Development
Jessica Gobble-Reil brings extensive experience in early childhood education to her role as NECPA's Manager of Quality and Development. Jess joined NECPA in 2019 as a Verifier and later served as Program Support Specialist, demonstrating her commitment to quality improvement in early learning environments. Prior to joining NECPA, Jess served in various leadership roles in child care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
